It's almost as though the treatment for this music video was "lets make the most difficult music video possible."  Two Friends approached me with the concept of an extremely desirable grandmother and a big finale dance number.  We opted to have the Two Friends become the grandmothers by sitting in hair and makeup for 4+ hours.
